Each order is hand-packed in our studio and sent worldwide. Because every piece is finished by hand, processing takes time — but we move as fast as the craft allows.
Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days of being placed.
You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order leaves the studio.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your destination, your order will be fulfilled by one of the following:

Lost or stolen
Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the recipient. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at sliqwok@gmail.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
